Shirabu Onsen boasts over 700 years of history since its discovery, still retaining the atmosphere of a traditional hot spring retreat

The symbol of Nishiya Ryokan is its main building, a thatched-roof hip-and-gable structure dating back approximately 200 years to the Edo period.

Other buildings also feature traditional Japanese wooden architecture, creating an atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time.
