Hi I’m Nobu, I like traveling overseas and in Japan, visited 26 countries!
I’m a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter of English for 10 years.
For the people who are interested in and planning trip to Japan ,
I show you hidden local information which you have never seen and heard of through books and ordinary site!
You will find unexpected fun through my articles!
Our destinations were below!
Arakurayama Sengen Shrine
It’s founded 705.
Deity is Mt.Fuji.
Mt.Fuji and the five-story pagoda can be photographed together.
Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko
This is a place where you can take pictures of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt.Fuji.
There are shops and you can buy fruits, ice cream and drinks.
Narusawa Wind Cave
There are many caves at the foot of Mt.Fuji.
Narusawa wind Cave has several meters of ice all year round, and in the Edo period (1603-1867), the local lord of this area presented ice as a summer gift to the shogun of Edo (now Tokyo).
It’s used as natural refrigerator to keep silk warm in the past.
Suicide forest
Our final destination was suicide forest.
It’s notorious as a’ suicide forest’ but surrounding nature is very beautiful!
The inside forest is quiet and peaceful.
It’s a bit eerie here though…
Lunch
We ate lunch at the local restaurant!
Yummy!
Shiraito waterfall
It’s 20m tall and 150m wide waterfall from Mt.Fuji.
There is no river up there, water is gashing out between the lava rocks !
Hakone
We enjoyed a 30-minute voyage from Moto-Hakone Port to Togendai port on a pirate ship, a specialty of Lake Ashinoko.
We took photos with pirates ship at the Lake Ashinoko.
Hakone Shrine
Founded in 757.
Since ancient times, faith in Mt. Hakone has been deep, and the shrine was worshipped by the samurai of the Kamakura period (1185-1333).
The contrast between the red torii gate on the shore of Lake Ashi and Mt.Fuji is very beautiful and iconic view of Lake Ashi.
How was it?
Why don’t you try next time?
I’m Nobu , one heart enjoy together!!
