Oshinohakkai
This village is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
There are 8 clear ponds with a snow water from Mt.Fuji.
It’s said these ponds are connected by the bottom through caves.
We’ve got Mt.Fuji water!
Narusawa ice cave
There are many caves at the foot of Mt.Fuji.
Narusawa ice cave has several meters of ice all year round, and in the Edo period (1603-1867), the local lord of this area presented ice as a summer gift to the shogun of Edo (now Tokyo).
Ice cream
We enjoyed local flavor ice cream at the cave!
It’s delicious!!
Lunch
We ate Yakisoba ( grilled noodle) lunch at the local restaurant!

Shiraito waterfall
It’s 20m tall and 150m wide waterfall from Mt.Fuji.
There is no river up there, water is gashing out between the lava rocks !
Hakone Yunessan pool and Onsen
We visited Yunessan pool and onsen.
It’s a huge amusement park with many onsen( hot spring) pools and Onsen ( natural hot spa).
We enjoyed water slider and wine, coffee and Sake onsen!!
Hakone Shrine
Founded in 757.
Since ancient times, faith in Mt. Hakone has been deep, and the shrine was worshipped by the samurai of the Kamakura period (1185-1333).
The contrast between the red torii gate on the shore of Lake Ashi and Mt.Fuji is very beautiful and iconic view of Lake Ashi.
Lake Ashi
We went to Hakone port and watched Lake Ahi.
The sunset view is very nice!!
We enjoyed the last moment of the day!
