Our itineraries are below.
Kanabiki waterfall
Kanabiki waterfall is 40m tall 20m width which located in Miyazu city in Kyoto.
There are small shrines and temple too.
It’s one of the 100 great waterfalls in Japan!
Amanohashidate, sandbar
Amanohashidate is a 3.6 km long sandbar in Miyazu Bay, northern Kyoto Prefecture.
It’s one of the 3 beautiful sceneries of Japan as Miyajima ( Hiroshima) Matsushima ( Miyagi).
Its shape is compared to a dragon ascending to heaven.
And it is said that from the Amanohashidate Viewland, you can see it through your own crotch.
Chionji temple
It’s said founded 12th century by the famous monk Honen, the founder of Jodo school.
It’s said the temple of wisdom.
Boathouses in Ine Bay
Boathouses are a unique structure in which the first floor is a garage for boats and the second floor is a living space.
Recently, they have been utilized for guest rooms, guest houses, etc.
In Ine Bay, there are about 230 of these boathouses lined up over a 5 km.
The boathouses facing the sea are very charming.
Lunch
We enjoyed seafood dishes at a restaurant on a hill overlooking the boathouses.
It was very fresh and the portions were generous.
We were full!
Sightseeing boat in Ine Bay
Next, we took the Ine Bay Tour Boat.
We could clearly see the cute town of Ine with its boathouses and the mountains behind.
On the way to the boat, we held food purchased for 100 yen in our hands, and fed seagulls them!
Why don’t you try 1 day trip while you’re staying in Kyoto?
You will enjoy traditional scenery, local resident houses, beautiful nature and foods!
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
