‘GOSHIKI-NUMA( 5 colors ponds )’
is a national park located in the skirt of Mt.BANDAI active volcano in Fukushima prefecture.
There are 30 beautiful dammed lakes formed by the eruption of volcano 1888.
The colors of the water varies from green, blue , brown that’s why it’s called 5 colors ponds .
The surrounding nature is quiet and beautiful forest also there is a short ( 1 hour ) trekking course you can walk through several beautiful ponds .
In big ponds there are sightseeing boats , water sports , pedal boats , raw boats .
