Located on a hillside of Kijimadaira village,Maguse Onsen offers breathtaking panoramic view from the bath area!
You can see the Japanese Alps and Chikuma river valley from here!

The spring is an alkaline simple hot spring.
it’s known for its smooth, silky feel that leaves your skin refreshed and soft.
Thatched house and wooden bath house offer the harmony with nature
There are thatched roof building with water mill ,the wooden bathhouse too.
The rustic outdoor bath offers beautiful blends with the surrounding mountains, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Seasonal Beauty
Each season offers a different charm—fresh green leaves in spring, lush mountains in summer( it’s this day!) colorful foliage in autumn, and snow-covered landscapes in winter.
Day-Use Only
Maguse Onsen does not offer accommodation.
It is a day-use hot spring only open air bath loved by both locals and visitors as a hidden retreat for relaxation.

The entrance fee is 1000 yen

There are shamboos in the bath room.
Shops and relax room
There are shop of the local staffs, products and the relaxing room after bathing.
