‘MONKEY PARK ,ARASHIYAMA in Kyoto ‘
If you go to ARASHIYAMA one of the most popular tourist spots in Kyoto, don’t miss MONKEY PARK in west part of KATSURA river .
The entrance is in the ICHITANI shrine, 550yen( 5.5 dollars) to enter.
It’s located on the top of the hill, takes 20 minutes to the park.
There are 120 monkeys live here, you can come very close to them .
They are playing , resting , fighting and walking freely!
But there are 3 cautions you should follow to interact with them .
1: Don’t stare at them in the eyes
2: Don’t touch them
3: Don’t feed them outside
There is a feeding cage where you can feed them by buying the bite 100 yen( 1 dollar).
Also you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kyoto from the park.
It’s the best place to see the whole view of Kyoto!
