Arakurayama Sengen Shrine
It’s founded 705.
Deity is Mt.Fuji.
Mt.Fuji and the five-story pagoda can be photographed together.
Oishi Park, Lake Kawaguchiko
This is a place where you can take pictures of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt.Fuji.
There are shops and you can buy fruits, ice cream and drinks.
Lunch
We ate lunch at the local restaurant!
We chose Ramen and Yakisoba( grilled noodle)
Yummy!
Shiraito waterfall
It’s 20m tall and 150m wide waterfall from Mt.Fuji.
There is no river up there, water is gashing out between the lava rocks!
Lake Ashi Pirate Boat
A short cruise on a pirate ship is available on Lake Ashi.
The contrast between the red torii gate of Hakone Shrine, the blue Lake Ashi is beautiful.
Hakone Shrine
Hakone Shrine was built in 757.
The main shrine is on the mountain, but if you go down to the shore of Lake Ashi, you will see a large torii gate, which is a good photo spot.
Hakone check point
It’s a check point used during the medieval age.
The local government checked the suspicious people here.
