‘ROOM MAID’
In traditional RYOKAN ( Japanese traditional hotel) , there is a‘ROOM MAID’for you.
She is our room maid of our stay in YAHATAYA RYOKAN in FUKUSHIMA prefecture.
This hotel is very famous for its one of the top hospitality from the result of the pole of Japanese professional hotel people.
What they did for us were like below.
1: The reception called me one week before our stay to confirm and to say welcoming us.
2: The concierges waited us in front of the hotel on our arrival.
3: They arranged porter for luggages , checking in at the reception.
4: The room maid came to our room and did instructions for us about the evacuation, hotel facilities and room.
5:She served the whole plates during our dinner and chatted with us many interesting things like tourist spots information around this area and her carrier . Me and my family enjoyed a lot!
6: While we are enjoying dinner, hotel people set our FUTON to sleep in our room.
7: In the morning while we go out for breakfast, hotel people set back our FUTON and prepare new towels, toothbrush and others.
8:They helped our luggages ,our checking out and waved good bye and said see us again.
