Why don’t you try sweet Sake at the shrine?
I’m Nobu, I like traveling overseas and in Japan, visited 25 countries. I’ve got the license of the certificate English guide in Japan for 8 years.
I show you hidden Japan which you have never seen and heard of!
Izumo Taisha Sagami
I went to Izumo-taisha Sagami in Hadano City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
This is where the divine spirit was separated in 1888 from Izumo-taisha Shrine in Shimane Prefecture.
Izumo-taisha Shrine is one of the most important shrines in Japan.
It takes about an hour from Tokyo to Izumo-taisha Sagami.
The plum festival is happening from February to March.
Amazake( sweet sake)
I drank amazake (sweet sake) for 300 yen( 3 dollars).
Amazake is a fermented sake made from rice.
It has a sweet taste and contains less than 1.0% alcohol.
It doesn’t have any sugar, very healthy!
It tastes sweet and contains low alcohol.
The precincts of the shrine are beautifully maintained.
Dragon God
There is a place where a dragon god is enshrined, a small stream, and has a quiet atmosphere.
Goat
A cute goat is kept here and charming to tourists.
Why don’t you enjoy amazake (sweet sake) and petting a goat at this quiet shrine?
It will be a nice change of pace your travel.
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
