Enjoying full activities in 1 day!! Monorail, Robot, Yakiniku, Games, Cruise, Asakusa, Tokyo Skytree!
Hi I’m Nobu, I like traveling overseas and in Japan, visited 25 countries!
I’m a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter of English for 8 years.
For the people who are interested in and planning trip to Japan ,
I show you hidden local information which you have never seen and heard of through books and ordinary site!
You will find unexpected fun through my articles!
We did a one-day tour to enjoy futuristic Tokyo and traditional Tokyo.
1: Yurikamome Line
This is an unmanned monorail connecting Shimbashi Station to Odaiba, a man-made island.
Being at the front of the train makes you feel like a driver.
2: Rainbow Bridge
Rainbow Bridge is a suspension bridge connecting Odaiba to the mainland.
It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its beautiful white color, which sometimes changes to seven different colors at night.
3: Statue of Liberty
The Statue of Liberty is located on a man-made island in Odaiba, Tokyo, and was installed in 1998 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the friendship between France and Japan.
The statue was installed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Japan-France friendship in 1998.
At 17.4 m,it is smaller than the one in New York, but it is a good place to take pictures with the Rainbow Bridge.
4: Gundam Statue
Gundam is a Japanese robot animation series that began in 1979.
There is a 19.7m statue that is said to be the actual height in the story.
It is set up with a human piloting the robot’s head, which gives the viewer a sense of its size.
There is a huge plastic model shop next to the statue.
You can buy scale models here!
5:Daiba 1-chome retro arcade
This is a shopping arcade featuring arcade games from the 1950s and 1960s.
You will feel like you have stepped back in time with the invader game machines, etc.
6: lunch in Yakiniku( grilled beef) restaurant
We had yakiniku (grilled meat) for lunch, which is grilled right in front of you.
Cooking your own food is a lot of fun.
And of course, all while looking at the Rainbow Bridge!
7:Boat Cruise
We took a boat cruise to Asakusa.
The boat is shaped like a spaceship designed by a manga artist.
It is a one-hour cruise from Tokyo Bay up the Sumida River.
It is very refreshing to pass under the Rainbow Bridge and see Tokyo from the water.
8:Sensoji Temple
The oldest temple in Tokyo, Senso-ji was built in 628.
It is always crowded with many tourists.
Visitors can easily understand why it is so popular.
The reason is that all the people here are smiling and looking happy, and it makes us happy to see them.
Other people who are having a good time see that and smile again.
This is the secret of this place.
9: Tokyo Sky Tree
The world’s largest independent radio tower at 634 m.
The base of the tower is a large shopping center with 250 a variety of stores and restaurants.
What makes it different from other shopping centers is that it is a large theme park themed around the traditions of the area.
It has been a downtown area since the Edo period (1603-1868).
You will not only enjoy the Tokyo Sky Tree, but you will also have so much fun that you will not have enough time to spend there.
Thanks for your time!
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
