Honcho street
I went to the Honcho shopping street in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This place is famous for its retro shopping street atmosphere and the huge Mt.Fuji view.
Honcho 2-chome intersection
You should start walking from the Honcho 2-chome intersection at first.
Here you will find a beautiful cafe called fab cafe Fuji.
From the intersection, you will see the shopping street and the very famous Mt.Fuji at the same time!
From there, walk toward Mt.Fuji.
Fuji, and you will have many chances to take many shots of the retro shopping street and Mt.Fuji.
Kana-torii
After walking for a while, you will see an impressive torii gate called “Kana-torii” that straddles the road.
“Mt.Fuji sign is written in the middle, indicating that Mt. Fuji has been the object of worship since ancient times.
On this road, you will be able to walk as far as you can while watching Mt.Fuji!
