‘WASHI NO SATO, Japanese paper craft station in Chichibu’
I visited WASHI NO SATO, Japanese paper craft station in Chichibu 1.5 hours drive from Tokyo.
This area was written by the imperial book AD 774 as the paper production area .
There are paper factory( we can see inside) , shops , food stalls, restaurant, Japanese garden, traditional paper making farmer’s house .
I enjoyed watching the paper making farmer’s house and Japanese garden.
The whole atmosphere is like I were back in time .
This area is higher than Tokyo, very cooler and comfortable.
