‘NAGATORO VALLEY’
I visited NAGATORO VALLEY in Chichibu.
It’s a gentle flow 6km valley in NAGATORO nature park in SAITAMA prefecture.
There are many activities we can try like, sightseeing boat, canoe , standing canoe, river rafting and camping here .
This big rock is called ‘IWA DATAMI( rock tatami mat) ‘ which is made by one rock .
There are many restaurants and shops if you go up the river bank 2 minutes.
It takes 1.5 hours drive from Tokyo.
The surrounding area is very calm and quiet.
I think you can enjoy half day here watching the river flow and try something.
