I am now at Osaka Station.
There are a lot of illumination spots in Osaka, and they decorate the winter nights from November to February.
This place is one of them.
The illumination is from 11th November to 28th February.
And they open the skate rink here too.
The skate rink is from 27th November to 27th February.

Osaka is near my hometown and we speak the same dialect.
