‘100 cherry blossom spots in Japan, at NINNAJI temple in Kyoto’
I went to Kyoto to see the late blossoming cherry blossom.
This temple is NINNAJI temple the west part of Kyoto one of the 17 UNESCO world heritage sites in Kyoto.
It’s founded AD 888 as the SHINGON school temple which is the traditional Buddha school.
The Japanese garden is very beautiful and tranquil, it’s one of my favorite Japanese gardens in Japan.
The cherry blossom here is a different species than ordinary cherry blossom, blooms 7-10 days later until the middle of April.
