I came across the beautiful Goyomatsu bonsai at Shunkaen bonsai museum in Tokyo.
Shunkaen bonsai museum
Shunkaen bonsai museum is founded by Kunio Kobayashi, a four-time recipient of the Prime Minister’s Award.plum
He invested one billion yen( 10 million dollars) in 2002 to open this museum.
It which features 1,000 bonsai pots and attracts 10,000 visitors a year from around the world.
The museum consists of a garden with a pond and a Japanese house.
The museum also offers hands-on classes in English and Chinese, and has bonsai for training.
The entrance fee is 1000 yen( 10 dollars) and they offer tea in the rest area .
