Jochiji temple
Founded in 1283, Jochiji Temple is a temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism.
It is a Zen temple.
The temple is quietly located in the mountains of Kitakamakura, surrounded by trees, and you can enjoy an atmosphere opposite to that of Tokyo.
When you come to the entrance, there is a small river flowing by, and a gentle approach leads you to the gate.
After paying an admission fee of 200 yen, visitors enter the temple grounds, which are surprisingly spacious, with thatched-roof buildings, a cemetery, and an old shrine facing a cliff, creating a mysterious atmosphere.
Quiet atmosphere
The temple is not visited by as many tourists as other temples in Kamakura, so you can spend a quiet time here.
Why don’t you experience a quiet temple where you can only hear the sound of birds?
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
