‘KYOTO STATION’
is the most modern station in Japan.( even though it’s the most traditional city in Japan!)
It’s 16th floors , 60m tall, 470m wide building with department, shops, restaurants and information.
700,000 people use this station everyday, the entrance of the tourists from all over the world and Japan.
There is a looong escalator from 1st floor to the top where you can see the view of Kyoto city .
And the entrance area is a huge space like a modern cathedral!
You can walk along the top area corridor, but this is unknown for tourists! Go up to the 10th floor Ramen restaurants street to the end then tern left . You can see the entrance sign of the’SKY WAY’.
You should try it!
If you go to Kyoto, check the Kyoto station first before going to the temples and shrines!!
