This is NIAGARA waterfall in Tokyo at Shinjuku Chuo-Koen ( central park) 10 minutes from Shinjuku west exit, the north part of Tokyo metropolitan government building.
I think many people go to Tokyo metropolitan government building 45th floor free observatory.( if you don’t know you should check it!)
I recommend you go to this park, just behind it. This is a huge park with forest, waterfall, grass area , play ground, water area and KUMANO shrine as a promise in Japan!

At the grass area there are cafes, rest area and gym with bouldering wall .

I know Shinjuku-Gyoen Park is very popular for especially foreign tourists. But many Japanese people enjoy this park too!
