‘AKKESHI, the oyster city in Hokkaido’
I visited AKKESHI city south east coast of HOKKAIDO.
It’s famous for its oyster products and cuisines.
AKKESHI lake is the mix of the river water and the sea water, yes the brackish water, the nice circumstance for oysters.
There are many restaurants which serve oyster dishes by raw , steamed, Japanese barbecue , fried , pasta, teriyaki etc…
The surrounding nature is very wide and beautiful.
I came across the horses on the way.
