‘AZALEA festival in Hakone for free’
I visited YAMANO hotel in Hakone .
It opened 1948 as a hotel we can see ASHI lake from every room .
There is a big garden with 3000 azalea flowers.
The azalea flower festival is from 29th April to the latter half of May .
The entrance fee is 1000yen( 10 dollars) but there is a way to see them for free.
If you go to the garden directly from the outside , there is a entrance of azalea festival and you have to pay fee.
But I recommend you enter the hotel first and go down to the underground cafe .
There is a sign ‘ garden’ in front of the cafe , then you go in and walk to the balcony of the cafe .
