It is a welcome flower from summer to early autumn in Japan.
There are many famous red spider lily blooming fields around Tokyo .
Some of them have 5 million red spider lilies in the fields , the scenery is surreal!

Japanese name ‘HIGAN BANA’ literally means ‘another world’s heavenly flower’, because this period is also ‘HIGAN ‘ period we go to our ancestor’s graveyard and remember our loved ones who are in the another world.
My recommendations are
1: KINCAHAKUDA in Saitama prefecture next to Tokyo. 5 million red spider lilies. ( not open this year because of corona)
2:GONGENDO PARK in Saitama prefecture next to Tokyo.3.5 million . This is along the river bank .
3: NOGAWA PARK in Tokyo. It’s a huge park with small stream . Bring lunch , you can relax whole day here .
4: KOISHIKAWA KORAKUEN garden in Tokyo. It’s accessible easily from center of Tokyo.
If you like flowers check them out!!
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
