‘Japanese or Western ?’
If you stay hotel in Japan, you will be asked about next morning breakfast like ‘ WASHOKU or YOUSHOKU?’ Literally means’ Japanese breakfast or western breakfast?’ .
You should choose one of them previous day .Japanese breakfast is’ miso soup, boiled vegetables, tofu, grilled fish, rice etc… Western breakfast is’ ham , egg, sausage , raw vegetables , bread and fruit juice , tea or a coffee .
You can choose up to your mood.
I chose ‘Japanese’ my wife chose ‘ Western ‘ today!!
