I went to OSAKA station on business. OSAKA is the main city of west part of Japan with 2.7 million residents. The grater OSAKA has 12 million residents. The eternal rival of Tokyo.
OSAKA is one of the oldest cities in Japan than Kyoto , full of historical romantic stories and pride against the biggest city Tokyo. Generally speaking people are more friendly and talkative than Tokyo.
Half of the Japanese comedians are from OSAKA!
This is OSAKA station north area , with the skate rink . It’s a pond in other season, people are enjoying skating .

I recommend foreign tourists to visit OSAKA. Many tourists visit Tokyo , Kyoto but underestimate OSAKA and often skip here . It’s a pity .
