‘KYU-FURUKAWA garden’
There are several popular Japanese gardens which preserved by Tokyo metropolitan government.
This is KYU-FURUKAWA garden one of them , which is famous for its beautiful rose follows blooming in spring.
The main building is western style and the rose garden is western style too. But also there is a traditional Japanese tea house and beautiful Japanese garden with beautiful colorful leaves in autumn too.

Yes it’s the fusion of western and Japanese style.
You can rest in the cafe of western building , the observatory of Japanese garden both .
It located in the canter of Tokyo, 10 minutes walk from JR KOMAGOME station 18 minutes from Tokyo station.
It’s the same station for RIKUGIEN garden too.
If you have enough time you can visit KYU-FURUKAWA garden and RIKUGIEN garden same day !!
