‘XMAS in Japan’
We celebrate Xmas too , not for religious reason but it’s a present season for children by Santa Claus!
Of course it’s a big merchandising chance for department stores , shopping center and every stores.
We don’t have Turkey in Japan, only in COSTCO if you need it. So basically we eat chicken instead of Turkey. I prepare grilled chicken in my home every year. Because my wife doesn’t like touching the raw skin of the chicken. She feels it scary and disgusting . So this is my turn.
I put stuffs inside with grains , garlic , lemon , vegetables , put olive oil, salt and paper on it .
Grille it in the oven 2.5 hours , finally looks good !
Then we’re time to eat dinner !
