I recommend you get on the boat at the moat.
It’s a nice choice to enjoy viewing cherry blossom from the moat .
It costs 500yen( 5 dollars) 30 minutes, cherry blossom season 800yen( 8 dollars) 60 minutes double of them.
It’s the half way from metro HANZOMON station to KUDANSHITA station.
You can enjoy another beauty of Japan.
