Even each small local town has its local specialties. So when Japanese people travel in Japan, we always try the local WAGASHI.
Some are very traditional from the feudal age, some are brand new. Also it changes the type following the season. This is’summer MIZUGASHI( literally means watery sweets)’ which is made by vegetable gelatin .
