Mixed Bathing Onsen( hot spring ) Shinhodaka no yu in Gifu prefecture!

How about taking a mixed bathing hot spring after hiking in the mountains?
Hiking
I took the Shinhodaka ropeway to Nishihodakaguchi station, the upper station of the ropeway.
After hiking for over 5 hours, I went to a nearby mixed bathing hot spring, Shin Hodaka no yu, on my way home.
Fee box
This is an open-air bath by the Kamata River, and the admission fee is 300 yen.
The entrance fee is 300 yen, but it is unmanned, so you have to put your own money in the box.
Changing room
Although it is a mixed bath, there are small changing rooms for men and women.
There are also returnable 100 yen lockers.
Open-air bath
The open-air baths are in a natural setting surrounded by majestic mountains and rivers.
The water temperature is 35-40℃, which is comfortable and relaxing.
You will want to stay as long as you like while feeling the pleasant breeze on the riverbank.
Mixed bathing
When I went there, there were Japanese couple , family and 3 Japanese guys.
The woman in the couple was completely naked, but the mother was wearing a bathing suit.
All the other men were naked including me.
The women in the liberated atmosphere were also enjoying the hot spring.
It seems that you can wear a bathing suit, so why don’t you try it too?
