Mt.Fuji

Arakurayama sengen shrine

We went on a tour to enjoy the views of Mt. Fuji and the Oshinohakkai ponds.

1: Arakurayama Sengen Shrine
The first stop was Arakurayama Sengen Shrine.

5 story-pagoda

The shrine is located in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, next to Tokyo.

And the surrounding area is maintained as a park.

The five-story pagoda is located halfway up the hill, from which we can see the entire Mt. Fuji.

We can enjoy the view of Mt.Fuji, five-story pagoda, and cherry blossoms , Japan’s most popular things at the same time in April.

On this day, there were a few clouds, but almost the entire view of Mt.Fuji could be seen.

2: Mt. Myojin 1,291m

The view from Mt.Myojin

We climbed Mt. Myojin near Lake Yamanaka, one of the Fuji Five Lakes.

From here, we can look directly down on Lake Yamanaka and see the entire Mt.Fuji.

Arakurayama Sengen Shrine mentioned earlier is on the north side of Mt. Fuji.

And this Mt. Myojin is on the east side of Mt.Fuji.

We can enjoy the different entire view of Mt.Fuji on this tour!

3: Oshino-Hachikai( oshino 8 ponds)

Oshinohakkai 8 ponds
Oshinohakkai 8 ponds

Oshinohakkai is a World Heritage village located northeast of Mt. Fuji.

Many traditional Japanese thatched-roof houses still remain.

There are eight ponds, which are very beautiful springs that were formed after about 70 years of rainfall on Mt.Fuji.

Fish swim in the ponds, but the water is so clear that they appear to be floating in the air.

You can bring back Mt.Fuji water for free.

Please bring empty bottle.

Pure water

You can also buy empty bottle by 150 yen( 1 dollar) though.

Why don’t you take a day trip from Tokyo to visit Mt.Fuji and enjoy pure air, pure view and pure water?

I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
