‘SAWAYAKA charcoal grill beef 100% hamburger restaurant ‘
We ate lunch at SAWAYAKA charcoal grill hamburger restaurant in GOTENBA premium outlet near Mt.Fuji.
This restaurant is very popular always has a long queue.
I’ve got a numbered ticket 1 hour before the opening hour.
Then we finally could go in the restaurant.
The most popular menu is GENKOTSU ( fist) hamburger of 100% beef and charcoal grill.
I ordered the set menu of the hamburger and curry soup .
The waitress serves the sauce lastly at our table.
There are 2 sauces Demi glacé and Onion. I chose Onion recommend by the cafe clerk where I stop by to drink coffee.
The taste is ‘ super tasty’ because of the fresh materials of beef , vegetables and ingredients.
This restaurant opens 34 restaurants only in SHIZUOKA prefecture to keep the freshness of the materials.
