If you want to go here , the easiest way is to get off at TAKAOSAN station( 50 minutes KEIO line from SHINJUKU station) walk to the cable car KIYOTAKI station 5 minutes, get on the cable car 6 minutes, get off at the cable car TAKAOSAN station, then you arrive this restaurant area .
The restaurant is surrounded by the trees and nice view.
