Hi I’m Nobu, I like traveling overseas and in Japan, visited 26 countries!
I’m a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter of English for 10 years.
For the people who are interested in and planning trip to Japan ,
I show you hidden local information which you have never seen and heard of through books and ordinary site!
You will find unexpected fun through my articles!
Our itinerary is below.
Tsuruoka Hachimangu Shrine
This shrine was built in 1063.
The shrine was revered by samurai as the guardian deity of the community.
Yabusame (horseback archery), an important Shogunate ritual, is still practiced today.
Hokokuji Temple
A temple of the Rinzai sect, founded in 1334.
It is known as a temple of bamboo grove with 2,000 bamboo trees in the precincts.
The atmosphere is very calm and quiet.
Japanese tea and sweets
We enjoyed Japanese tea and sweets in the bamboo grove.
It’s a truly Japanese experience!
Sweets and Lunch
We enjoyed sweets and lunch at Komachi street, the approach to Tsurugaoka Hachiman shrine.
Yummy!
Enoshima Shrine
This shrine was built in 552 to worship Bensaiten, the god of arts and entertainment.
The path way leads to the observation deck to see the Pacific Ocean!
Caves
If you walk up to the opposite side of island, there are 2 caves.
This place is where God of Enoshima shrine descended.
The atmosphere is mysterious.
The Pacific Ocean
We enjoyed the coast of the Pacific Ocean outside the caves.
It’s so refreshing!
Break at the top of the cliff restaurant
We took a break at the great view restaurant on the cliff!!
Katase-Enoshima station
We got on the train Odakyu line Katase-Enoshima station to Shinjuku.
The building of station is similar to Enoshima shrine entrance!!
How was it?
Why don’t you try next time?
I’m Nobu , one heart enjoy together!!!
