I went to Ashikaga Flower Park.

This is a large flower park that opened in 1997.

The symbol of the park is the giant wisteria tree over 150 years old.

The four large wisteria trees and the 80-meter long tunnel of white wisteria are designated as natural monuments by Tochigi Prefecture.

Illumination

The “Flower Garden of Light” illumination, which is held from late October, has been selected as one of the three most popular illuminations in Japan.

And it’s ranked the first illumination in Japan for six consecutive years from 2016 to 2021.

This ranking was selected by night view tourists nationwide.

The park is decorated with numerous flowers from season to season, attracting more than 1.5 million visitors a year.

The 350 giant wisteria trees with their large spreading branches are also a sight to behold.

Azaleas

The more than 5,000 azaleas are also in full bloom, and their bright reds, pinks, and whites are just as impressive.

These look almost the explosion of blooms.

Ponds

Moreover there are also several ponds with beautiful reflections of flowers in the water.

From Tokyo, it takes about 2 hours by train to get off at Ashikaga Flower Park Station.

From there, it is a 3-minute walk to the front gate and a 1-minute walk to the west gate.

From the West Gate, it is convenient to see the big wisteria right as you enter.

The entrance fee changes by the blooming conditions from 300 yen( 3 dollars ) to 2000 yen( 20 dollars).

I payed 2000 yen ( 20 dollars) because it was full bloom this day.

If you check the site of Adhikaga flower park, you will know the fee of the day.

The whole park is very well maintained all season.

I think you will fully enjoy the beauty of the seasonal flowers here.

I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
