‘EARLY CHERRY BLOSSOM in Tokyo’
I came across the early cherry blossom, KAWAZU ZAKURA in HAPPOEN in the center of Tokyo.
HAPPOEN is the restaurant and wedding facility with huge Japanese garden 15 minutes walk from JR MEGURO station.
It was a SAURAI residence during the feudal age, took over by a rich businessman in the 19th century, converted as a restaurant and wedding facility.
It has a huge Japanese garden with a pond, tea houses, waterfall,streams, Bonsai areas, and traditional rest areas.
I don’t think even Tokyo people know this early blooming cherry blossom. There was nobody!
