For the people who are interested in and planning trip to Japan ,
I show you hidden local information which you have never seen and heard of through books and ordinary site!
You will find unexpected fun through my articles!
1:Arakurayama Sengen Shrine
The shrine was founded in 705.
The deity is Princess Konohanasakuya, an incarnation of Mt.Fuji.
In the shrine’s sanctuary, there is a five storied pagoda in memory of the war dead.
You can see Mt.Fuji, cherry blossoms, and the five storied pagoda at the same time in April.
Here are some photo spots.
2:Otorii (Grand Gate)
The Otorii, located at the entrance to the shrine area, allows visitors to view Mt.Fuji.
The combination of the torii gate, sacred rope, and Mt.Fuji is precious.
The five storied pagoda is located in the shrine’s Shinto sanctuary, so please visit here first.
3: Ryu no temizu (Dragon Water)
Water is flowing from a dragon sculpture to purify the hands.
Flowers are always floating in the bowl.
4: Sakuyahime Staircase 398 steps
There are steep 398 steps to the five storied pagoda.
It takes about 5 minutes to reach pagoda.
There is also a gentle path from the main hall to pagoda, which takes about 10 minutes.
If you are not confident about your physical strength, you can go this way.
5: Five storied pagoda
This five storied pagoda is dedicated to the war dead.
The blue sky and the red color of the pagoda is very beautiful.
6: Observation Deck
Just above the pagoda is the observation deck.
On April 5, 2023, Mt. Fuji, the pagoda, and cherry blossoms could be seen at the same time from here.
The cherry blossoms are in full bloom about 10 days later than they are in Tokyo.
Why don’t you come and see it next year?
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
