‘What I ate in Hokkaido?’
Hokkaido is famous for its fresh foods.
Seafoods, meat, milk , fruits and vegetables.
The ramen is KUSHIRO ramen, the broth is made by shaved fish , chicken, kelp and pork plane salt flavor.
Tsukidashi( first treat of the restaurant) is mini hamburger pickles and marinated spaghetti .
The lunch is oyster varieties, teriyaki, fried and raw.
