‘FOREST BATHING in SHUNKUNITAI Hokkaido’
I enjoyed Forest bathing at SHUNKUNITAI sand bank in east Hokkaido.
It’s formed 3000-1500 years ago, between FURENKO lake and the sea of Okhotsk , registered as the Ramsar Convention of wetlands.
There is a primitive forest along the bank , really calm , quiet and refreshing.
You will only hear bird’s singing and wind breezes.
There is no manmade products, the air is very pure .
