I went to Numazu Port.
It takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes from Tokyo station, get off at Numazu station.
It is about a 20-minute walk from Numazu station.
Huge fish landings
This is a port that boasts a lot of fish landings.
Suruga Bay, which is 2,500 meters deep at its deepest point, is said to be home to about 1,000 species of fish.
The Numazu Fish Market is spread out around the port.
This is a restaurant district where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood freshly landed at Numazu Port.

It’s the world’s first aquarium specializing in the deep sea, where deep-sea creatures and coelacanths collected in Suruga Bay are on display.
Also you can see coelacanth body here.
The entrance fee is 1600 yen( 16 dollars).
It will be fun to go see some deep-sea fish you have never encountered before.
