I went to the Osaka Castle Plum Garden.
Osaka castle was built 1584.
This castle is popular that owed by Hideyoshi Toyotomi, a samurai who united Japan 16th century.
The plum garden is located in Osaka Castle Park and was opened in 1974.
Currently, there are 1,270 plum trees of 100 different varieties.
The earliest species start blooming in mid-January, and the latest species can be enjoyed until mid-March.
Unfortunately, it was raining lightly that day, but the combination with Osaka Castle was very beautiful.
The flowers can be enjoyed until mid-March, so if you are traveling to Osaka, please visit there.
You can also enjoy the wonderful scent of ume plum blossoms.
