‘SAKURA( cherry blossoms ) in February ‘
I think you know that SAKURA( cherry blossom) is flowering in the springtime, mostly April.
Yes it’s true, but there is an early flowering SAKURA called KAWAZU ZAKURA.
It’s floweing from February to early March.
The peral colour is pinky than ordinary SAKURA( SOMEIYOSHINO).
KAWAZU ZAKURA is originally from KAWAZU town of south IZU peninsula. There are many KAWAZU ZAKURA festivals all over Japan now, because it’s the first gorgeous spring show time !
This place is close to the MIURA-KAIGAN station 5 minutes.
The festival itself is canceled this year due to COVID-19, but nature changes as usual.
So people come here and enjoy flowering atmosphere .
We can see KAWAZU ZAKURA, canola flowers and the KEIKYU train at the same time.
If you are in Japan February, check out the KAWAZU ZAKURA cherry blossom festivals!
You will enjoy spring atmosphere even in February!!
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
