Sensoji temple in Asakusa
I went to Senso-ji temple in Asakusa today.
It snowed yesterday 10cm
It unusually snowed yesterday, January 6, in Tokyo, and we got a little 10cm of snow.
It is rare to see snow in Tokyo, maybe once or twice a year.
It seems to be the first time in two years that we have had this much accumulation.
Only during today’s morning we will be able to see the snow that accumulated yesterday.
Ephemeral fading beauty
We have a clear sky today, instead of yesterday’s snowy weather, so the snow will be gone by noon.
Sensoji Temple was founded in AD.628 and is the oldest temple in Tokyo.
The combination of traditional buildings and snow is beautiful.
Enjoying the beauty that will soon disappear may be a way to enjoy the beauty of Japan.
I’m Nobu, one heart enjoy together!!!
